Julie Abel is Realtor since 2014 specializing in the mountain communities surrounding Northern Colorado. She’s also and an executive transformational coach and mindset strategist. She is passionate about helping people create sustainable changes in their lives to become their most vibrant selves, while inspiring them to make a creative contribution. This happens through finding their home among the pines, shifting perspective, or assisting clients through making the next right decision for their lives.

Julie has been a leader in business for over 20 years, and The Signature Home Team in Northern Colorado is ranked as a top 10 team in Colorado for Keller Williams. She holds her real estate designations as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, a Certified Negation Expert and as a Certified Residential Specialist. She also is a Master Practitioner of NLP, Hypnosis and Mental and Emotional Release (MER®).
Committed to making a positive impact in her local community, Julie has been acknowledged as a “Woman of Impact” award recipient through the Estes Park Chamber of Commerce. This award was presented for her philanthropic work and leadership in her community. Julie is particularly proud of the Ready, Set, Grow! Grant that she formed encouraging female entrepreneurs in the Estes Valley to creatively grow their businesses.
Julie’s belief that “The only way to live is to live intentionally” is also reflected in her athletic endeavors. She regularly pushes herself physically, participating in karate at the local Dojo.
