Background and Experience
Since becoming a Realtor in 2014, Julie has specialized in the mountain communities of Northern Colorado. She also brings over 20 years of leadership experience in business and coaching. As an executive transformational coach and mindset strategist, she is passionate about inspiring others to create sustainable changes and step into their best selves. This unique blend of business expertise and personal growth coaching allows her to bring clarity, strategy, and heart to every client relationship.

Julie is deeply knowledgeable about mountain living and community lifestyle, vacation homes and second home ownership, and real estate investing in Estes Park, CO to Loveland, CO and surrounding areas. She also enjoys guiding both first-time and seasoned buyers through smart, intentional decisions. Her high energy and client-first mindset mean she works tirelessly to ensure each person she serves feels confident and cared for in their home-buying journey.
Achievements and Awards
Julie holds prestigious real estate designations including Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). She is also a Master Practitioner of NLP, Hypnosis, and Mental and Emotional Release (MER®). On the business side, she is part of The Signature Home Team, a top 10 Keller Williams team in Colorado.
Community Involvement
Julie is proud to call Estes Park, CO home and is dedicated to giving back to her community. She was honored with the “Woman of Impact” award from the Estes Park Chamber of Commerce for her leadership and philanthropic work. She also founded the Ready, Set, Grow! Grant, supporting female entrepreneurs in growing their businesses creatively and sustainably. In addition to her professional and philanthropic endeavors, Julie has previously served in a variety of leadership roles throughout the Estes Valley. She is a past President of the Estes Park Learning Place, a Trustee for the Estes Park Housing Authority, and served on the Board of Directors for the Estes Park Nonprofit Network and Economic Development Center (EDC). She currently proudly serves as a Board Member of the Estes Park Chamber of Commerce Foundation and a Trustee on the Estes Valley Library District Board.
Personal Interests
Julie’s personal philosophy is that “The only way to live is to live intentionally.” This mindset carries into every area of her life, from her dedication to personal development to her athletic pursuits. She regularly challenges herself physically, training in karate at her local Dojo. For Julie, growth is essential, and she believes none of us achieve our purpose alone.
Outside of work, Julie enjoys the peace and adventure of mountain living. Whether she is coaching, connecting with her community, or helping clients find their dream home among the pines, her greatest joy comes from seeing others thrive.
