Savanna has lived in Colorado for 15 years and has been serving Northern Colorado real estate for 11 years. She began her career at just 18 years old as a part-time admin before becoming a licensed professional in her early 20s. Over time, she worked her way into leadership as the Director of Operations and Listing Manager. With over a decade of experience, she has built detailed systems and processes to ensure no step is overlooked and clients receive white-glove service every time.

She has also played a key role in growing The Signature Home Team, consistently ranked among the top teams in Colorado. Her CNE designation highlights her ability to negotiate favorable outcomes while keeping relationships positive and professional. In addition to her work as a Realtor, Savanna runs Signature Agent Services, a company that provides backend support for agents through transactions and assistant services in 6 states and was recognized as top 5 in Colorado with the company only being a year old. She continually invests in business education to keep her skills and systems ahead of industry standards so clients receive the best service possible!

Savanna is deeply committed to her local community and to empowering women. She finds fulfillment in helping young women discover their mission and purpose in life, supporting them as they grow into confident professionals and leaders. Her mission was reshaped when she became a mother, realizing the challenges women face in balancing career, family, and societal expectations. That experience drives her passion to build a community of support, encouragement, and opportunity for moms and young professionals alike.

Personal Interests
Outside of real estate, Savanna’s greatest joy is being a mom to her toddler. She treasures time with her daughter, knowing that the legacy she builds will influence the next generation. Savanna also enjoys softball league nights filled with laughter, horseback riding, and cheering on football season. These passions reflect her fun, grounded, and energetic spirit.
